We then perform a long list of checks to highlight any problem records, e.g. where telephone number missing, no account number etc. Separate Excel files are generated for each particular area manager and a full list to head office and distributed by us.

  We've set up a complex online database for the aviation industry. We update the database using source documents supplied by a variety of authorised users. We use a mixture of coding and data-entry to improve efficiency of database update.
