Data Distribution - HTML - Email Data On Demand
Data can be distributed in a variety of ways. This page includes an example of emailing selected data on demand. Emailing has the advantage that to increase security, distribution can be limited to a specific list of emails or all emails from a certain domain e.g. data-creative.com.
Data can be sent in a variety of formats, typically CSV, Tab Delimited, HTML, Excel & PDF.
HTML emails can be generated automatically to include selected data, as in this example form below, alternatively data can be included as email attachments. In addition to data extracted from databases, existing files (e.g. Word / Excel / PDF)) can be emailed on demand. Native Word, Excel and Acrobat PDF files can be generated on-the-fly and emailed if suitable additional software is installed on the web server.

The source data is stored in a web database and you can either select:
a) Champions for a range of years OR b) Champions from a particular country.
