Improve Names
Title Generation
Often addresses are supplied with just a name with no title e.g. John McCoy. This may be OK for addressing, but is not really suitable as a salutation. The title may be required for other reasons e.g. to determine name gender.
Data Creative use their bespoke title generation code to lookup the forename in our database of over 30,000 UK and foreign forenames. Forename: John: New Title=Mr
Name Parsing
Sometimes source data just includes a full name e.g. Ms A Carlucci, Abrienne Carlucci etc. It is useful to have names split into title, forename and surname components. Name parsing does this.
We can process full names into their component pasts using our database of over 30,000 forenames, titles etc.
Name Parsing and Title Generation
We can combine the two services to improve names on your database.
Stage 1: Our name parsing software compares the words in the name against our very large database of forenames, titles etc to parse the name e.g. Abrienne Carlucci : Forename=Abrienne, Surname=Carlucci.
Stage 2:Where titles are missing we can use our Title Generation service to add titles.
e.g. Forename: Abrienne: Title=Ms (BTW:Abrienne is the female form of Abraham)

Salutation Creation
Once we have names in their component parts (title, forename & surname) we can use these in
Salutation Creation.
