Correct your address data for 232 different countries world wide! Maintaining accurate customer address information is an ongoing challenge for global organisations. Ensuring that consumer address information is both accurate and up to date not only helps create a good impression for your organisation, but can also improve direct mail response rates and reduce costs by not mailing undeliverable items. We can take address files and compare them to verified address data from over 230 countries. The addresses can be corrected, (where a match is found), and formatted to suit local standards or to a set format of your choice. We also offer a range of other services for those mailing internationally: International Sort: We include a Royal Mail international sort as part of our standard sort and Mailsort price. International addresses, e.g. the Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World, are not just separated out from the UK mailings, they are sorted into Royal Mail International zones and individual countries. Postage Savings: As we sort international addresses to country level, clients benefit by using Royal Mail's International Services or International Consolidators. Royal Mail International Services: There are many Royal Mail International Services which offer discounts compared to standard Airmail. The following two are very commonly used: International Zone Service: To qualify for this service, mail must be sorted into Europe and Rest of World zones. International Format Service: This service only applies to 'Western European' countries (as defined by Royal Mail) and the mailing pieces must be further sorted by size and weight. International Consolidators: Royal Mail no longer have a monopoly on international mailings. Often clients use International Consolidators as they can offer significant savings. Consolidators tend to require mail to be sorted into different zones than those used by Royal Mail, which we can do for you. We have worked with many Consolidators in the past and can provide listings in Consolidator zone / country order. These have resulted in Consolidators passing on further savings to our clients.
