HTML - (Hyper-Text Markup Language)
Data can be extracted and incorporated into a structured HTML (or XML) file. HTML files can either be downloaded or sent as emails. They can be viewed using any browser. When properly designed they can hold data in a very structured format that can be used by many other programs. HTML / XML files can be used on all computer platforms.
